Hot water curing installations

Complete prefabricated kits to retrofit the old direct fired furnaces to hot water

Each kit consists of:

·         Hot water producing Unit with one or two  high efficiency Vencon MTS ® boilers , water recirculating pump, expansion tank, safety & control components, all  assembled in an enclosed portable unit .
L.P–Natural Gas or #2 Fuel oil (Diesel) burners of well known U.S or E.U manufacturers.
Each Unit usually supplies with hot water 6-7 barns

·         Heating coils with 4 row copper tubes & aluminum fins  with 3 way on- off or progressive  servocontrolled valves, specially designed according to the different barns for  fast & easy installation in the old furnace.

·         Piping to connect the Hot water Unit to the Heating coils according to each installation.
