Gas Burners (3/5)

· Check for leakages in pipework & connections. CAUTION : Gas may be Explosive under certain conditions.
· Follow your local regulations & take all Safety measures when working with your Burner.
· Ask a qualified technician to make Burner's Electrical & Gas connections, Installation, Service & Adjustments.
There are not owner Serviceable parts inside Burner's cover.
· Consult your Burners Manual to become familiar with its Parts, Connections & Operation.

CAUTION:
1.Check that you are installing the correct burner according to your fuel (LPG or Natural Gas is marked on burner & on valves 1" piping)
The appropriate kit according to the gas supplied is :
-kit code 3025001000 for LPG gas (equipped with internal disk part no 3025001030)
-kit code 3025001010 for NATURAL gas (without the internal disk)
2.Check good condition of Ignition electrode and Ionization probe.
Make sure that the electrodes are not in contact with any metallic part of the burner.
Check that they are correctly adjusted according to figure 2.

3.Place the "Isomart" high temperature (white) flange
and the burner on the airfurnace.
Tighten the 4 nuts.
4.Place the gas train with gas valves on the burner
removing the plastic seal ( Point 14 ).
-Make sure that O-ring (13) is in place .
-Tighten the Allen screws (10) on the body
using an hexagon Allen key no 6 .
5.Connect the 2 plugs (15&16) to burner's sockets.
Take care not to invert orientation.
